At Promate Technologies, we stand behind the quality of our innovative electronics and offer a 14-day return window for items in their original packaging. We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase through a streamlined and transparent exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our dedicated support team via the online portal or email with your order number and proof of purchase to start the return process.

  Quality Review

  Our technicians will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number once the initial criteria are met.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack your Promate device securely in its original retail box, including all cables and manuals, and clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
